Q - contact 1UP through their website and they will respond back to you rather quickly usually within a day on how to solve your problem. The trainer is really easy to service on your own but they will tell you what you need to do.

Dear Friend,

Hi. I got this trainer (1up usa) from a friend. I use it twice a week. Recently it hasn't been a smooth ride as it use to be. I read there is a way of changing resistence levels, but I haven't been able to do it myself. For example, i could be on 53/13 @ 64 cadence for 15:00 minutes and by minute 09:00 it gets extremely hard, slowing me down tremendously. None of my friends know how the trainer works and have almost convinced me to get a new one. Based on your experience and other testimonies I've read through the internet, i don't think i should get rid of it. Please advice.

Best wishes and Merry Christamas!

I bought this 1Up trainer on the recommendation of a friend. I had never heard of them before but I am glad I listened to him. It isn't pretty like a CycleOps trainer but the ride quality rocks. It uses Centfrigal motion or something like that to emulate real road quality feel. It's not a fluid trainer but it rides like one, which is cool.

It's super quiet, easy to use and get a bike loaded on so I would recommend a 1UP USA bike trainer to anyone. I had a cheap Blackburn before that I hated...this trainer blows doors on that thing.
